Izard County Fair is asking that all entries be made online.  Please only use paper entry if online entry is not possible.  Thank you.
Important Dates for Livestock

June 18, 2011 – Weigh-In for Izard County Weight Gain – Livestock Barn 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

July 1 , 2011– Online Entries are available.  All livestock strongly encouraged to register this way. Commercial and Educational Booths, Home Economics, Cut Flowers, Food Preparation, Apiary, Field Crops, Horticulture, Egg, Floral and Flower Exhibits online entries available.  Anyone needing assistance registering online, please contact Jeralene Love, Fair Manager at (870)368-4140 or (870)368-7146 or by email at jlove@ncadistrictfair.org.

July 1, 2011– Ownership deadline for livestock. 

July 15, 2011 – Entry deadline for anyone entering the livestock Purple Circle, entry can be made either online or paper.  Those entering the County Bred need to have County Bred validation form signed and mailed by July 15, 2011.

There WILL be an Open Beef Show during the 2011 Izard County Fair immediately following the Junior Beef Show at 9:00 a.m. No online entries will be accepted for the Open Beef Show. Registration for the Open Beef show will be announced during the fair. There is a $10 entry fee which will be collected prior to show. Open Beef Show is open to adult and junior exhibitors. The Open Beef Show will be giving away a set of cattle clippers to one exhibitor entered in the Open Beef Show and there will be added money for the Supreme Heifer, Supreme Bull, and Steer.
