  1. Izard County Fair exhibits (except Cut Flowers and Food Preparation) check in on Thursday, September 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Cut Flowers and
    Food Preparation check-in from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 22.
  2. Exhibitors may have only one entry in each lot.
  3. Exhibits must be made by the person in whose name it is entered.
  4. Entries must have been completed in the last year (Since September 21, 2005).
  5. All framed exhibits must be wired and ready for hanging (no sawtooth hangers allowed) Wall hangings must have sleeve and dowel and be ready to hang.
  6. Each exhibit will be judged on its own merit. Exhibits are divided into two divisions: junior (youth age 18 and under) and open (adults). Judges decision is final.
  7. Izard County Fair exhibits check out on Saturday, Sept 23, 8:00 p.m. except winners and if entering NC Arkansas District Fair. No exhibit will be allowed to check out before time and if the exhibit is removed before that time, all premium money will be forfeited.

The Estelle Hames award of a $50.00 savings bond will be given to the overall winner in the Open Division in Clothing. This award was established by the family of Estelle Hames as a tribute her interest in sewing and her participation in the Izard County Fair.
