1. Any
educations exhibit that promotes a political issue will be charged at the
commercial rate.
2. Booths that are considered as educational should be educating the public
about some ideas, not just a service. See score card to see how booths will be
judged.
3. Educational booths considered for judging are EHC, FHA, FFA, 4-H, Master
Gardeners, Farm Bureau Women’s Committee, Hospice Volunteer Group, Volunteer
Fire Departments. This list is not complete. Other wishing to be judged must
present some education idea and will be considered on an individual basis.
4. Those booths giving information about services available to the community,
such as DHS, Home Health, personal care agencies, etc. will not be judged.
5. To reserve an educational booth, you must contact Janice Conyers at (870)
368-4318 or (870) 346-5218. You must reserve before September 14, 2007.
