Izard County Fair – Dog Show
Sponsored by Sidney-Y 4-H Club

The dog show will be held at the Boyce & Irene Cook Amphitheater.
Registration: 8:00 a.m.
Classes start: 8:30 a.m.

Awards:
    Top 4 in each class will receive a ribbon
    Best in Mutt Strut will receive a gift donated by Sidney-Y 4-H Club
    Best in Showmanship will receive a gift donated by Izard County 4-H Program
    Best in Obedience will receive a gift donated by Jean Harvell
    Best in Show will receive a trophy donated by Millcreek Shelties

Dog Show Requirements:
    1. All dogs may show, pure or mixed breeds (except Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, or any
        mix of these)
    2. All dogs must be clean (free of pests, fleas and disease)
    3. Females in season will not be allowed in area or in competition
    4. Uncontrolled or aggressive dogs will be dismissed
    5. You are responsible for your dog:
        Keep your dog on leash at all times
        Clean up after your dog
        Keep a safe distance between your dog and other dogs at all times

CLASSES:
    Mutt Strut: Open to any exhibitor
    1. Best Costume
    2. Best Trick
    3. Best Kisser
    4. Best Talker
    Best in Mutt Strut: All 1st place winners from each Mutt Strut Division

Showmanship:
    1. Wee Junior Division: 8 years old and under (Izard County Exhibitors only)
    2. Junior Division: ages 9 – 19 (Izard County Exhibitors only)
    3. Open Division: all ages (do not have to be Izard County Residents)
    Best in Showmanship: All 1st place winners from each Showmanship Division

Obedience:
