Arkansas Purple Circle Champions

The Arkansas State Fair annually honors junior breed champions and market class champions at the Purple Circle Banquet during the Arkansas State Fair.

The Purple Circle Awards are considered to be among the most prestigious and competitive awards in the state. Izard County was honored to have Danielle Cheatham as a recipient of a 2005 Purple Circle Award. Congratulations to this Izard County youngster on a job well done.

Danielle Cheatham—daughter of Leon and Cathy Cheatham of Calico Rock,
received a Purple Circle Award for exhibiting her Poland China pig to
Grand Champion AOB honors at the state fair.
